Viewing and updating your profile
Your profile can be found via You in the left menu. It's divided into a number of tabs.
Profile
This is where your personal details are stored. Click Edit in the top right to make changes. You can fill in or update the following:
- Personal information — first name, last name, preferred name, pronouns, date of birth, gender identity, nationality, identification number and profile photo (JPG or PNG, max. 2MB).
- Contact details — work email address, personal email address, phone number and home address.
- Payroll information — the bank account number your salary is transferred to.
- Emergency contact — name, relationship and phone number of the person to be contacted in case of emergency.
Click Save to store your changes.
Employment
This is where you can see your working days, team, manager, contract details and assigned company assets. This information can only be edited by an HR admin or Manager.
Documents
This is where you'll find your personal documents. You can upload documents yourself via Upload document in the top right.
Time off
An overview of your time off balances and all submitted requests with their status. You can also submit a new time off request directly from here.
Absence
This tab is only visible if your company has enabled employee self-reporting in the settings. From here you can report yourself as sick and view your absence history. If self-reporting is turned off, the tab is only accessible to HR admins and Managers.
Reviews
Your active reviews appear here once an HR admin has started a review cycle that includes you. If there are no active reviews, you'll see the message "You currently have no active review."
